All products are live in the physical shop and online, we are still getting the POS system linked to the online shop so there may be a lag between what has been sold.

If you purchase something that sold in the shop earlier that day you will receive an email with a few options; one is to have the piece remade which is no problem, but will take at least a week or so to remake it, and the second option is to have your money refunded and the third option is to choose a different piece.
